Star inn Lisbon Airport

It is so easy to get from Lisbon Oriente Train Station to the Red Metro line to the Lisbon Airport and then walk to the hotel. I had one large rolling suitcase. The short walk (200 meters) was across a main road, but there are crosswalks and, the best part, it is all downhill to the hotel! I chose the location because I had an early flight and the metro doesn't open until 6am, so I needed to be close to the airport and not deal with traffic problems, etc.

We stayed two times: one night one week then another at the end of the week. Early check in no problem. Small but cozy room. Wonderful breakfast hours starting at 2am. 2am-7am continental breakfast with great selection of items, not just pastries. Full breakfast from 7-10:30 with a large selection of hot and cold items. Great location to airport...simply walk over to Terminal 1. If you are going to Terminal 2 just walk over to terminal 1, go up the escolator and out the door to catch the shuttle at the airport. The first stay we left at 4am the next day but the hotel shuttle was full. No problem with walking. The dining area serves lunch and dinner. Nice cozy bar as well. Lastly, at the time we went it cost about 13 euro to take Uber to the city center and a taxis back was about 9 euro. Hotel staff were so friendly and customer service driven.

Perfect location for airport access. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Even the manager was very down to earth and wished us a good day. The room was clean and comfy. We turned off thr aircon as it was too cold for us and we opened the window. The breakfast was plentiful and enough space so that everyone wasn't on top of each other. We ordered uber taxis to get to places of interest whilst staying there. The decor was very good with pictures of various stars and made to look like a movie scene in the foyer.

Friendly staff, quite spacious and clean rooms. I was pleasantly surprised when informed at check in that the breakfast started at 2:30am, I had an really early flight and being able to eat before leaving was wonderful. And it was a good breakfast spread as well. The hotel is in walking distance of the airport, if you’re travelling light you don’t even need to use their shuttle service. But that is also a great feature, it runs constantly from hotel to airport and back, the drivers were very friendly as well.

Nice large and clean room in an excellent location just 2-3min walking away from the Airport. Perfect for an early flight.
